- What is the Honorverse Map?
- A free, interactive star map of David Weber's Honor Harrington universe. It draws Manticore, Haven, the Solarian League and the other star nations as territories computed from the systems they hold in each year, together with the wormhole network, the battles and the fleets that fought them.
- Which years does the map cover?
- The map spans 1899 to 1924 Post Diaspora (PD), the years of Honor Harrington's career and the wars between Manticore and Haven. Every year opens on its own, and the borders, battles and events follow the time bar; an animated playback of the borders (the chronicle) runs across any span you choose.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the German and the English Honor Harrington wikis, read together; where they contradict each other about a fact, the German wiki decides. The map is fact-checked by Isvarian, and the realm crests were drawn for this project. The map's credits name a contact for errors.
- Can I link to a specific year, system or battle?
- Yes. The address bar always holds the current view: the year, the open panels, the highlighted star nation, the zoom and the camera, even a running playback of the borders. Copy it or use the share button, and whoever opens the link sees the same moment of the map.
- Is this an official Honorverse product?
- No. It is a free fan project. The Honorverse was created by David Weber; this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by him or his publishers.
